Service description

TeachThemAll is an AI-powered tutoring platform in beta phase. The service is free during this phase. There is no service level agreement (SLA) and the service may be interrupted, modified or cancelled without prior notice.

Registration

To use TeachThemAll you must register with a valid email. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.

Minimum age

Use of TeachThemAll requires being of legal age (at least 18 years old). Users under 18 cannot register or use the platform. The owner reserves the right to cancel accounts of users who do not meet this requirement.

Credits

The service operates through a system of free credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed. The operator reserves the right to modify the amount of credits granted.

User content

Content created by users (courses, teaching materials, conversations) is the intellectual property of the user who created it. The platform operator does not claim intellectual property rights over such content.

By publishing content on the platform, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license for the duration of their use of the service, to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process such content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the service. This license includes, but is not limited to:

• Displaying content to students enrolled in the corresponding courses.
• Indexing and processing content using artificial intelligence to provide personalized tutoring and adaptive features.
• Including publicly accessible courses in the platform catalog.
• Generating aggregated and anonymized data for analysis, service improvement, and development of new features.

This license terminates when the user deletes their content or account, except for: (a) backup copies maintained in accordance with the data retention policy, and (b) previously generated aggregated and anonymized data, which by their nature are not attributable to the user.

AI-generated content

Responses and materials generated by artificial intelligence are for guidance only and do not constitute professional advice. The accuracy, completeness or suitability of generated content is not guaranteed. The user is responsible for verifying information provided by the AI.

Prohibited use

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using the service for illegal activities or activities contrary to public order.
• Publishing or transmitting offensive, defamatory, discriminatory content or content that violates third-party rights.
• Sending unsolicited mass communications (spam) or unauthorized automated use.
• Attempting to access restricted areas, reverse engineering or interfering with the service operation.
• Impersonating another user or person.

Account cancellation

The user may delete their account at any time from their profile. After deletion, data is erased in accordance with the privacy policy.

Account suspension

The operator reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. In case of suspension, the user will be notified by email.

Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, if significant, users will be notified by email.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the operator's city of residence.
